Plaintiff and Counterdefendant Crystal Torno (“Plaintiff”), Defendant Green Tree

Servicing, LLC, and Defendant and Counterclaimant Federal National Mortgage Association

3

(together with Green Tree Servicing, LLC, “Defendants”), by and through their undersigned

4

counsel, submit this Joint Status Report as required by the Court’s March 12, 2018 Joint Status

5

Report Order [Doc. No. 142]. The parties have finalized all terms of the settlement agreement

6

and have executed the settlement agreement. Currently, the parties are in the process of executing

7

the additional related settlement documents and processing the settlement payment. The parties

8

request an additional thirty (30) days for either: 1) filing a stipulation dismissing this action with

9

prejudice; or 2) filing a joint status report regarding settlement.
