The undersigned parties, through their respective counsel of record, stipulate and agree to

continue the Scheduling Conference currently set for October 6, 2015 at 9:15 am to October 7,

2015, or as soon thereafter as the Court’s calendar permits. The parties ask the Court to note that

they are not available on the 7th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 27th or the 30th of October.

This stipulation is prompted by a scheduling conflict. Plaintiffs’ counsel will be in oral
6
argument on October 6, 2015, before the Nevada Supreme Court in the matter entitled Lisa
7
Williams, Amber Kline, et al v. Claim Jumper Acquisition Company, LLC, Supreme Court Case
8
No. 66629.
