ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to set aside default 10 is Granted. The clerk's entry of default 7 is set aside.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss 16 is Granted. The Plaintiff's Amended Complaint is di smissed without prejudice. The Plaintiff may file a Second Amended Complaint by 5/4/16.
