Plaintiff/Counter-defendant HSBC Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Structured

Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-12 (HSBC), Counter-defendant Nationstar Mortgage,

LLC (Nationstar), and Defendant/Counterclaimant SFR Investments Pool 1, LLC (SFR) stipulate

and jointly move to continue the settlement conference set by the court (ECF Nos. 112 and 113).

Thereafter, the court entered an order setting a settlement conference for May 8,

2020, with confidential settlement statements being due by April 30, 2020. (ECF No. 112).

The court entered an order on competing motions for summary judgment on March 9,

The parties anticipate the settlement will be completed on or before May 29, 2020,

although the current pandemic may interrupt fulfillment of some obligations.

Accordingly, the parties have agreed and request the court to approve continuing the

settlement conference and its attendant deadlines 90 days to permit the settlement negotiations

15

already underway to reach resolution.
