Plaintiff, T-Rex Property AB, and Defendant, Las Vegas Billboards, 2 LLC, (collectively, “the Parties”) file this Stipulation to Extend Defendant Las Vegas 3 Billboards, LLC’s Deadline to Answer or Otherwise Respond to Plaintiff’s Complaint 4 and in support thereof would respectfully show the Court as follows: 2. 5 Plaintiff commenced this action by filing its Complaint on July 8, 2015, 6 in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Defendant’s original 7 deadline to answer Plaintiff’s Complaint was August 4, 2015, based on service on July 8 14, 2015 of Plaintiff’s Complaint (DKT. 14). 3. 9 Based on the agreement and stipulation of the Parties, Defendant Las 10 Vegas Billboards, LLC’s deadline to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff’s 11 Complaint was extended by thirty (30) days to September 3, 2015. 4. 12 The Parties make a second request for extension and stipulation, based 13 upon ongoing settlement discussions.
