ORDER 14 15 16 Respondents have filed a motion for extension of time (third request) (ECF No. 46). The court grants this motion. 17 Petitioner has filed a proper-person motion to extend prison copywork limit (ECF No. 41). The 18 court denies this motion for two reasons. First, petitioner may not file proper-person motions because 19 counsel represents petitioner. 20 petitioner, and counsel will handle any needed photocopying. Second, petitioner’s request is moot because counsel represents 21 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that respondents’ motion for extension of time (third request) 22 (ECF No. 46) is GRANTED.
