REPORT & RECOMMENDATION
15
16
On May 17, 2017, the court entered an order requiring Plaintiff Infinite Master Magnetic to
17
file an updated application to proceed in forma pauperis or to pay the filing fee in this case. (Order
18
(ECF No. 4).) Plaintiff’s deadline for doing so was June 16, 2017. (Id. at 2.) Plaintiff was advised
19
that failure to comply with the order would result in a recommendation that his case be dismissed.
20
(Id.) Plaintiff has not taken any action in this case since the court’s order dated May 17, 2017, and
21
he therefore appears to have abandoned this case.
22
23
24
IT IS THEREFORE RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff Infinite Master Magnetic’s case be
dismissed without prejudice.
