Phyllis Crittenden sues the Southern Nevada Health District for racial discrimination and

retaliation.1 Crittenden’s former attorney filed a motion to withdraw.2 Magistrate Judge Hoffman
13
issued an order to show cause why Crittenden failed to attend the hearing on that motion and warned
14
that failure to comply with the order may result in dismissal.3 Plaintiff failed to comply with the
15
order to show cause, so Magistrate Judge Hoffman recommends that this case be dismissed with
16
prejudice.4 The Report and Recommendation was entered April 5, 2017. Objections were due April
17
19, 2017.

“[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation unless
19
objections are filed.” Schmidt v. Johnstone, 263 F. Supp. 2d 1219, 1226 (D. Ariz. 2003). See also
20
Thomas v. Arn, 474 U.S. 140, 150 (1985); United States v. Reyna-Tapia, 328 F.3d 1114, 1121 (9th
21
Cir. 2003). Crittenden has filed no objections to the Report and Recommendation.
