ORDER granting 16 Motion to Dismiss. All claims against Douglas C. Gillespie (and in his official capacity as Sheriff) are dismissed with prejudice. Plaintiff's first, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth claims are dismissed with pr ejudice. Plaintiff's second and third claims are dismissed without prejudice and with leave to amend. Amended Complaint deadline: 6/22/2016. If plaintiff fails to file a timely amended complaint curing the defects in these claims, this case will be dismissed in its entirety and closed.
