Plaintiff Frances E. Swartz (Plaintiff) and Defendant Carolyn W. Colvin, Acting

Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner), stipulate, with the approval of this Court,

to an extension of time to file Defendant’s Answer To Plaintiff’s Complaint by sixty-two days

23

from December 15, 2015 to February 15, 2016. This is the Commissioner’s first request for an

24

extension.

There is good cause because the Certified Administrative Record (CAR) has not yet been

2

prepared. The component of the Social Security Administration responsible for production of

CARs for civil court actions, the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) did not

4

receive notice of Plaintiff’s complaint and has not yet provided the CAR in the above-captioned

5

case. Counsel for the Commissioner apologizes for the delay. Plaintiff has no objection.
