The court construes this stipulation to dismiss plaintiff's claims against
Equifax Information Services, LLC with prejudice [18] as a joint motion under
Local Rule 7-1(c) because it was signed by fewer than all parties to this case. Good
cause appearing, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the joint motion [18] is APPROVED,
and all claims against Equifax Information Services, LLC are DISMISSED with
prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs.
