On July 8, 2016, the clerk of court issued to plaintiff a notice that the court shall dismiss

this action pursuant to 4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure against the defendants for

which no proof of service has been filed by plaintiff, unless plaintiff shall make such filing by

August 8, 2016 (#107). As of this date, plaintiff has failed to comply, nor provided good cause for

19

such failure. Accordingly,
