Titolo, et al., 7 Defendants All related matters 8 On September 23, 2020, this court notified the plaintiff that it would dismiss this case for 9 10 want of prosecution if no action was taken by October 23, 2020. 1 This district’s local rule 41-1 11 states that “All civil actions that have been pending in this court for more than 270 days without 12 any proceeding of record having been taken may, after notice, be dismissed for want of 13 prosecution by the court sua sponte . . . .” The last party-involved activity in this case was the 14 failed motion for default judgment filed more than two and a half years ago in September of 15 2019. As no party has taken action despite notice of this court’s intent to dismiss under this rule, IT IS ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice for want of 16 17 prosecution.
