The parties respectfully submit the following Stipulation to allow Defendant Department

Stores National Bank (Defendant) fourteen additional days from the date of entry of this order to

21

file a responsive pleading Plaintiff Suzana Pastor's (Plaintiff) complaint filed on August 5, 2015.

ECF No. 1. The parties previously stipulated to extend the response deadline Plaintiff's Complaint

23

to January 25, 2016. ECF No. 6. Pursuant to Stipulation of the parties, Defendant shall have until

24

February 9, 2016 to file a responsive pleading. The parties enter into this stipulation in order to

25

provide additional time for the parties to confirm Equifax notified Defendant regarding Plaintiff's

26

dispute, and to explore settlement.
