Stores National Bank (Defendant) thirty additional days from the date of entry of this order to file a

responsive pleading Plaintiff Suzana Pastor's (Plaintiff) complaint filed on August 5, 2015. ECF

No. 1. Pursuant to Stipulation of the parties, Defendant shall have until January 25, 2016 to file a

23

responsive pleading. This stipulation is in order to address current time constraints on defense

24

counsel, and to provide additional time for the parties to reach settlement.
