Whelan of Akerman LLP seek leave to be substituted in the place of Edgar 14 C. Smith, Rock Jung, and Dana J. Nitz of Wright, Finlay & Zak, LLP for plaintiff/counter 15 defendant Wilmington Trust Company. LR IA 11-6(c) provides that the signature of an attorney 16 to substitute in a case “constitutes an express acceptance of all dates then set for pretrial 17 proceedings, for trial or hearing, by the discovery plan, or in any court order.” LR IA 11-6(d) also 18 provides that the substitution of an attorney “shall not alone be reason for delay of pretrial 19 proceedings, discovery, the trial, or any hearing in this case.” 20 Having reviewed and considered the matter, 21 IT IS ORDERED that: 22 1.
