On January 19, 2018, the parties stipulated to extend the deadline to file a joint pre-trial order

to February 28, 2018 to allow the parties additional time to discuss settlement and/or finalize the

joint pre-trial order. ECF No. 64. The court approved of the stipulation on January 29, 2018. ECF
