The parties are currently engaged in settlement discussions, and need additional

time in which to prepare, execute, and file the documents necessary to resolve and dismiss this

Therefore, subject to approval of the Court, the parties stipulate and agree that

Forest Hills shall have up to and including June 3, 2019 to file a response to BANA’s Motion for

Partial Summary Judgment.

There is currently no hearing on the Motion scheduled in this matter.

This is the parties’ first request for an extension of time.

The parties respectfully submit that good cause exists for such extension and that

this request is not brought for any improper purpose or for purposes of delay.
