Defendant, by and through undersigned counsel, respectfully requests that the Court extend

by seven (7) days the time for Defendant to file its Reply to Plaintiffs’ Response to Defendant’s

27

Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint. Defendant’s Reply is due on November 15, 2017. The

28

extension is necessary because in the past week, counsel was out of the office for two days and will

be out of the office again on November 15, 2017, for a medical procedure. This is Defendant’s first

request for additional time to file its Reply. With the extension, Defendant’s Reply will be due on

November 22, 2017.

the extension of time. A proposed Order is attached herewith.
