Plaintiffs and the undersigned Defendants, by and through their undersigned counsel,

hereby agree and stipulate as follows:
1.

The Proposed Scheduling Order in this matter (ECF No. 91) required that the Joint

Stipulated Protective Order be submitted on December 20, 2016.
2.

The parties agree and stipulate that the deadline for to submit the Joint Stipulated

Protective Order shall be extended by an additional two (2) days, until December 22, 2016.
