IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion to Strike Plaintiff’s Addendum to

Complaint (ECF No. 28) is granted, without prejudice to Plaintiff —through his counsel of record—

filing a motion to amend his complaint to attach the addendum thereto.
