Plaintiff, Deborah Laine (hereafter “Plaintiff” or “Laine”)
16 by and through her attorney, the Law Office of Mary F. Chapman,
17 Ltd., and Defendant Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority
18 (hereafter “Defendant” or “SNRHA”) by and through its attorney of
19 record Parker, Nelson & Associates, Chtd. hereby Stipulate and
20 request the Court enter an Order Dismissing the First; Fourth;
21
and Sixth causes of action pursuant to the Plaintiff’s Second
22
Amended Complaint. The only remaining claim will be the Fifth
23
cause of action, Violation of the Equal Pay Act claim.

This Stipulation to Dismiss is With Prejudice; and the
25
Parties are to bear their own attorney’s fees and costs. This
26
stipulation shall have no force or effect on any pending
27
administrative charge or complaint.
