15 later than 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2021, the HOA must either submit a settlement statement in
16 compliance with the Court’s order or file a motion explaining why it should not be required to
17 attend the settlement conference. If such a motion is filed, any response thereto must be filed by
18 noon on August 16, 2021.
