On July 11, 2016, the Association filed a Motion to Dismiss as ECF No. 10. 25 2. On July 25, 2016, Plaintiff filed its Opposition to the Association’s Motion to 26 27 28 Dismiss as ECF No. 12. 3. The Association’s Reply is due on or before August 4, 2016. 1 4.
