It appears that Plaintiff intends the Notice to be a motion to extend time. 12 Because Plaintiff filed the Notice within the deadline to object to the Report and 13 Recommendation (ECF No. 3) filed by Magistrate Judge Cam Ferenbach, and Plaintiff 14 has not otherwise filed an objection, the Court will construe the Notice as a timely filed 15 motion to extend time to object. Accordingly, 16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have an additional 30 days to file 17 an objection to the Report and Recommendation (ECF No. 3). The Court instructs 18 Plaintiff that an amended complaint is not necessary at this time. Rather, Plaintiff is 19 instructed to file an objection to the Report and Recommendation by July 28, 2016. 20 28 DATED this _____ day of June, 2016. 21 22 _________________________ Gloria M.
