The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed May 27, 2016. 15 Defendant KimTari Fortson filed an Answer (ECF No. 7) on July 25, 2016. Pursuant to LR 26-1, 16 the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) within 30 days 17 after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 14 days thereafter to file a mandatory 18 stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order.
