Plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, and defendants Copper Sands Homeowners Association,

Inc. (the HOA) and 8101 Flamingo 1032 Trust respectfully submit the following stipulation to allow

Nationstar thirty additional days to reply in support of its motion to partially lift stay, ECF No. 24.
Nationstar filed its motion on December 15, 2016. Id. 8101 Flamingo 1032 Trust filed an

opposition on January 3, 2017.

ECF No. 25. The HOA filed an opposition on January 5, 2017.

bankruptcy petition on December 3, 2016 and this case may be "subject to an automatic stay." Id at

deadline an additional thirty days to March 10, 2017, to allow additional time to coordinate with the

trustee, and respectfully request the Court reserve ruling on Nationstar's motion pending its reply or

the expiration of its reply deadline. This is Nationstar's second request for an extension.
