It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between Plaintiff Ernest Fresquez, Jr. (Plaintiff),

On June 8, 2016, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC (Nationstar) filed a Petition for Removal to

Federal Court. (ECF No. 1.) On July 15, 2016, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Remand to State Court
(ECF No. 11.) Plaintiff and MERS stipulate and agree that MERS shall have until August 5, 2016,
in which to file its Response to Plaintiff’s Motion to Remand.
This is the parties’ first request for an extension of time to respond to Plaintiff’s Motion to
