therefore that a proper Complaint has been filed and that Plaintiffs have exercised due diligence

in attempting to locate and serve the Defendant Jeffrey A. Whittle and Good Cause Appearing

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the time for service of process upon Defendant Jeffrey
A. Whittle is extended to December 10, 2016.
