Defendant Chase Bank USA, N.A.’s (incorrectly named as “Chase Bank,

21 National Association”) ("Chase") response to plaintiff Janal H. Kono-Boelter’s
22 complaint currently is due August 8, 2016. Chase has requested a brief extension,
23 which Plaintiff does not oppose, to provide time for the parties to discuss early
24 resolution of the claims asserted against Chase. Accordingly, Plaintiff and Chase
25 stipulate and agree that Chase has up to and including August 19, 2016 to respond to
26 Plaintiff’s complaint.
