(“BANA”), through its counsel of record, Edgar C. Smith, Esq. and Aaron D. Lancaster, Esq., Cascade Research Partners, LLC (“Cascade”), through its counsel of record, Michael N. Williams, Esq., and Red Rock Financial Services, LLC, through its counsel of record 25 26 27 28 David R. Koch, Esq. and Steven B. Scow, Esq. respectfully submit this Stipulation and Order to extend the opposition due dates for each of the parties’ respective motions for summary judgment. Page 1 of 3 1 In accordance with the Order [ECF No. 60], Dispositive Motions were to be due by 2 October 2, 2017. BANA, Cascade and HOA each timely filed their motion for summary 3 judgment on October 2, 2017, with the opposition due dates set for October 23, 2017. Good 4 cause exists for this extension because counsel for BANA has recently experienced significant 5 computer system problems in its office that has hampered its ability to prepare oppositions to 6 7 8 both HOA’s and Cascade’s motions for summary judgment. Consequently, the parties have conversed and have agreed to an extension on all oppositions to each of the outstanding motions for summary judgment filed by BANA, Cascade and HOA, such that all oppositions to the 9 motions for summary judgment will now be due November 6, 2017. 10 11 12 13 This is the parties’ first request for extension and is not meant for the purposes of delay or prejudice to any party.
