FURTHER ORDERED that the Attorney General's Office shall advise the C ourt within twenty-one (21) days of the date of the entry of this order whether it will enter a limited notice of appearance. V. Nevada Department of 28 Corrections, et al. Case Number A-07-546038-C set for Monday, June 5, 2017 as well as 1 preparing for the trial in the same matter set to begin on June 12, 2017. Additionally, Plaintiff’s 2 counsel had two (2) Ninth Circuit Appellate Briefs due on April 27, 2017, counsel is traveling 3 Monday, June 5, 2017, to Pasadena, California for an Oral Argument at the Ninth Circuit on 4 Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Hiser v.
