IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the undersigned, counsel of record for

21 Plaintiff Leslie Rice (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Clark County School District (“CCSD”), that
22 Plaintiff and CCSD agree to extend the deadline for Plaintiff to file a reply in support of its
23 Motion for Leave to File An Amended Complaint (“Motion”) [Doc. No. 32] filed with this court
24 on May 16, 2017. This is Plaintiff’s first stipulation for an extension of time to file a reply with
25 this court. The extension is requested in good faith in order to provide the Plaintiff’s counsel
26 additional time to gather information and analyze documentation necessary to adequately file a
27 reply in support of the Motion.
