No response has been filed. 12 Under Local Rule 7-2(d), the “failure of an opposing party to file points and authorities in 13 response to any motion, except a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 or a motion for attorney’s fees, 14 constitutes a consent to the granting of the motion.” As no opposition has been filed, the Court will 15 grant Plaintiff’s motion. 16 17 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion for extension of scheduling order dates (ECF No. 226) is GRANTED.
