ORDER
Presently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion to compel (ECF No. 235), filed on February
28, 2018. No party has filed a response.

Under Local Rule 7-2(d), the “failure of an opposing party to file points and authorities in
13
response to any motion, except a motion under Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 or a motion for attorney’s fees,
14
constitutes a consent to the granting of the motion.” As no response has been filed, the Court will
15
grant the motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion to compel (ECF No. 235) is
17
GRANTED. Plaintiff shall file a proposed order consistent with the requests made in the motion to
18
compel no later than April 2, 2018.
