Plaintiff Baskim Holding, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Two M, Inc. d/b/a Babe’s
Cabaret (“Defendant”) state the following:

The Complaint was filed on August 10, 2016. (ECF No. 1);

2.

Defendant was served on August 17, 2016. (ECF No. 6);

3.

Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a)(1)(A)(i), Defendant had 21 days to file and

serve its Answer to the Complaint, or until September 7, 2016;

4.

Defendant retained counsel on September 8, 2016;

5.

Therefore, to allow Defendant’s counsel to conduct a preliminary investigation

23

of the Complaint’s allegations and prepare a response, the parties agree to extend the date for

Defendant to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint from September 7, 2016 to

September 23, 2016.
