This matter is before the court on the parties= failure to file a proposed stipulated discovery

plan and scheduling order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed June 30, 2016.

Defendant The Legacy Estates Property Owners Association filed its Answer (ECF No. 11) August
16
25, 2016. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed.
17
R. Civ. P. 26(f) within thirty days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and
18
fourteen days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To
19
date, the parties have not complied. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED:

The following discovery plan and scheduling order dates shall apply:

Last date to complete discovery: February 21, 2017.

Last date to amend pleadings and add parties: November 23, 2016.

Last date to file interim status report: December 23, 2016.

Last date to disclose experts pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2): December
