ORDER THE LEGACY ESTATES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, et al., Defendants. 12 13 This matter is before the court on the parties= failure to file a proposed stipulated discovery 14 plan and scheduling order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed June 30, 2016. 15 Defendant The Legacy Estates Property Owners Association filed its Answer (ECF No. 11) August 16 25, 2016. Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. 17 R. Civ. P. 26(f) within thirty days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and 18 fourteen days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To 19 date, the parties have not complied. Accordingly, 20 IT IS ORDERED: 21 1. The following discovery plan and scheduling order dates shall apply: 22 a. 23 later than November 14, 2016. 24 b. Last date to complete discovery: February 21, 2017. 25 c. Last date to amend pleadings and add parties: November 23, 2016. 26 d. Last date to file interim status report: December 23, 2016. 27 e. Last date to disclose experts pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2): December 28 23, 2016. The parties shall meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) not 1     1 f. Last date to disclose rebuttal experts: January 23, 2017. 2 g. Last date to file dispositive motions: March 23, 2017. 3 h. Last date to file joint pretrial order: April 24, 2017. In the event dispositive 4 motions are filed, the date for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until 5 30 days after a decision of the dispositive motions. 6 2. The disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3), and any objections thereto, 7 shall be included in the pretrial order. 8 3. 9 shall, in addition to satisfying the requirements of LR 6-1, be supported by a showing of 10 good cause for the extension. All motions or stipulations to extend discovery shall be 11 received no later than January 31, 2017, and shall fully comply with the requirements of 12 LR 26-4. 13 DATED this 31st day of October, 2016.
