ORDER ALIANTE MASTER ASSOCIATION, et al, Defendants. 11 12 This matter is before the court on the parties= failure to file a proposed stipulated discovery 13 plan and scheduling order. The Complaint (ECF No. 1) in this matter was filed August 15, 2016. 14 Defendant Aliante Master Association filed a Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 12) October 6, 2016. 15 Pursuant to LR 26-1, the parties were required to meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. 16 P. 26(f) within thirty days after the first defendant answered or otherwise appeared, and fourteen 17 days thereafter to file a mandatory stipulated discovery plan and scheduling order. To date, the 18 parties have not complied. Accordingly, 19 IT IS ORDERED: 20 1. The following discovery plan and scheduling order dates shall apply: 21 a. 22 later than January 12, 2017. 23 b. Last date to complete discovery: April 4, 2017. 24 c. Last date to amend pleadings and add parties: January 4, 2017. 25 d. Last date to file interim status report: February 3, 2017. 26 e. Last date to disclose experts pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2): February 27 3, 2017. 28 f. The parties shall meet and/or confer as required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) not Last date to disclose rebuttal experts: March 6, 2017. 1     1 g. Last date to file dispositive motions: May 4, 2017. 2 h. Last date to file joint pretrial order: June 5, 2017. In the event dispositive 3 motions are filed, the date for filing the joint pretrial order shall be suspended until 4 30 days after a decision of the dispositive motions. 5 2. The disclosures required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3), and any objections thereto, 6 shall be included in the pretrial order. 7 3. 8 shall, in addition to satisfying the requirements of LR 6-1, be supported by a showing of 9 good cause for the extension. All motions or stipulations to extend discovery shall be 10 received no later than March 14, 2017, and shall fully comply with the requirements of 11 LR 26-4. 12 DATED this 29th day of December, 2016.
