Certificates, Series 2006-5 (Deutsche Bank), SFR Investments Pool 1, LLC's (SFR), and Sonrisa

Homeowners Association (Sonrisa) (collectively the Parties) hereby stipulate and agree to extend

the March 30, 2017 dispositive motion deadline as follows:
