On July 5, 2018, the Bank filed a Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF

On July 6, 2018, the Association filed its Renewed Motion for Summary
Judgment [ECF No. 81].

The Association’s Response to the Bank’s Renewed Motion for Summary
Judgment is due by July 26, 2018.
