Nos. 57 and 58, and any responses thereto shall be withdrawn [see Dkt. No. 61];

The Bank’s Motion for Leave to File an Supplement in Support of its

Motion for Summary Judgment [Dkt No. 60] will be withdrawn;

The Parties stipulate to the following briefing schedule for dispositive

motions:

New Motions for Summary Judgment to be filed no later than December

20, 2017;

ii. Responses to the Motions for Summary Judgment shall be due no later

than January 10, 2018;
