Defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) requested and Plaintiff Jolene B.

Macrae (“Plaintiff,” together with Wells Fargo, the “Parties”) agrees, by and through their

respective attorneys, to stipulate to extend the time for Wells Fargo to respond to Plaintiff’s
