Docket No. 58. The Court ordered responses to be filed no later 17 than September 26, 2017. Docket No. 60. To date, no response has been filed. See Docket. 18 Accordingly, the motion may be granted as unopposed. See Local Rule 7-2(d). 19 Additionally, the Court has reviewed the motion and finds good cause for granting it. Because 20 the motion is unopposed and for good cause shown, Defendant’s motion to excuse his insurance 21 representative’s personal attendance at the settlement conference, Docket No. 58, is hereby GRANTED. 22 Mr. Veloz’s manager shall be present via telephone throughout the settlement conference. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24 DATED: October 2, 2017. 25 26 27 28 ______________________________________ NANCY J.
