IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties, plaintiff H&H

Pharmaceuticals, LLC (“Plaintiff”), by and through its attorneys of record, the law firm MAIER

GUTIERREZ & ASSOCIATES, and defendants Chattem Chemicals, Inc. and Sun Pharmaceuticals

24

Industries, Inc. (collectively “Defendants”), by and through their attorneys of record, the law firms of

25

KAEMPFER CROWELL and TUCKER ELLIS LLP, that the deadline for Plaintiff to file a response to

26

Defendants’ motion for summary judgment [ECF No. 89] filed on November 23, 2021, shall be

27

continued from December 14, 2021, to and including January 4, 2022. Defendants shall have up to

28

and including January 25, 2022 to file any reply to Plaintiff’s response.

The requested extension is necessary to allow Plaintiff sufficient time to review and

2

appropriately respond to Defendants’ motion for summary judgment, and to allow Defendants

3

sufficient time to prepare a reply brief, in light of holiday schedules and commitments which have

4

required this additional time. This is the parties’ first request for an extension and is not intended to

5

cause delay or prejudice to any party.
