On November 17, 2017 and November 20, 2017, counsel conferred regarding the default and it was

agreed that the default would be set aside and that the Association would file an answer to BANA’s

Complaint before end of day, November 20, 2017.

Accordingly, BANA and the Association hereby stipulate as follows:

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED that the default taken against the Association

will be set aside.
