ORDER that 24 defendant Blandino's Motion to Dismiss is DENIED. FURTHER ORDERED that 27 plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment is DENIED. FURTHER ORDERED that 22 Clerk's Entry of Default is VACATED. Blandino will have until Oc tober 9, 2017 to file an answer or other response to the plaintiff's Amended Complaint. By separate order, I will refer Blandino to the court's pro bono program.
