of record, hereby stipulate and agree to the continuance and rescheduling of the Early Neutral

Evaluation to be held before the Honorable George W. Foley, Jr., United States Magistrate Judge.

The Early Neutral Evaluation currently is scheduled for March 22, 2017, at 9:00 a.m. (See ECF No.

12.) The parties stipulate and agree to continue the Early Neutral Evaluation to April 12, 2017,

25

commencing at 9:00 a.m. The confidential written evaluation statements, to be prepared in

26

accordance with the Court’s prior Order Scheduling Early Neutral Evaluation (ECF No. 12), shall

27

be submitted to chambers not later than April 5, 2017.
