This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff’s Response to Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 7),
filed on July 20, 2017.
On July 12, 2017, the Court directed Plaintiff to show cause, in writing, why this matter

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Response to Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 7)
