ORDER that Plaintiff's 81 Motion to Stay Proceedings and Defendants' 97 Motion to Stay Case are GRANTED. Discovery is STAYED in this case pending a decision on 64 Motion. The pending Motions are DENIED without prejudice: 71 , 75 , 82 , 83 , 84 , 91 , and 92 . The hearing on the above referenced Motions scheduled for 2:00 PM, 7/2/2018 is VACATED. FURTHER ORDERED that the 96 Order to Produce Plaintiff for a Motion Hearing is VACATED. (ECF No 12 81). On June 14, 2018, LVMPD moved to stay discovery in this case pending a decision on ECF No. 64, 13 its motion to dismiss. (ECF No. 97). 14 15 In addition to these two motions, there are 11 other motions pending decision. As both parties are requesting a stay of proceedings, and good cause appearing, 16 17 18 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that discovery is STAYED in this case pending a decision on ECF No. 64. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion to Stay Proceedings (ECF No. 81) and Defendants’ Motion to Stay Case (ECF No. 97) are GRANTED. 20 The pending motions listed below are denied without prejudice. If this case remains open after a 21 decision on the motion to dismiss, and issues raised by the now denied motions require addressing, the 22 moving party may file a new motion. 23 1.
