IT IS ORDERED that defendant Copper Ridge Homeowners’ Association’s motion to lift 11 stay for the limited purpose of allowing the plaintiff to amend the complaint and file a stipulated 12 disclaimer (ECF No. 23) is GRANTED. The stay in this case is partially lifted to allow the 13 plaintiff to amend its complaint to remove the monetary claims against defendant Copper Ridge 14 Homeowners’ Association and to allow the plaintiff and Copper Ridge Homeowners’ Association 15 to file a stipulated disclaimer of interest. 16 DATED this 12th day of October, 2017. 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ANDREW P.
